Removal of Personal Information You can request that we delete all your personal information submitted by you through the Site from our database by providing detailed instructions to CPMG's Office. Upon your request, CPMG will delete all electronically stored personal information you have submitted through the Site. Please note that CPMG is not responsible for and cannot delete personal information from the systems or files of other organizations such as financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, or real estate brokers that have subsequently been sent your personal information by CPMG in order to obtain Mortgage or Loans. Please allow two weeks for processing of deletion requests. Natural Limits of Security Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, CPMG cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and any information you do transmit to us via the Internet is done at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, CPMG uses industry-accepted efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, such as firewalls, secure socket layers as well as unique user name and password protections.
